Heisey (Claimant) petitions for review of the November 30, 1992 order of the Workmen’s Compensation *238Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the referee’s decision granting the modification petition filed by R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. (Employer) effective December 15, 1989; and granting Employer’s termination petition effective April 15, 1991.
