JACKSON, Chief Justice.

The record shows that George Keith claims that while acting in the course of his employment for Harry Stekoll, on August 4, 1934, he received an injury- to his left knee which resulted in his total and permanent incapacity. He filed' his claim for compensation with the Industrial Accident Board within the time prescribed by law, and on December 21st, thereafter, ' the board made its award allowing him compensation.
