I,SULLIVAN, Judge.

Reliance Insurance Company appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor Lee Carrier, plaintiff. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

On October 13, 1997, Lee Carrier was in an automobile accident caused by the negligence of Jonathan Forgason. Mr. Carrier was driving his 1997 Toyota truck in the course and scope of his employment with Hub Enterprises, Inc. when the accident occurred.
