In Norris v. Osburn, 243 Ga. 483, 486 (254 SE2d 860), the Supreme Court affirmed the trial court in dismissing the complaint of Norris, the same being a derivative action in which Norris alleged he was the owner of 10 shares of stock in a certain corporation in which Osburn was the president and principal shareholder, contending Osburn had appropriated two tracts of corporate real estate to his own use.
