Plaintiffs England and Costello, the trustees in bankruptcy of Transocean Corporation, of California (hereafter TCC) and Transocean Air Lines (hereafter TAL), respectively, filed this action for 42 million dollars against Atlas Corporation (hereafter Atlas) and other defendants on July 28, 1965.
