Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered September 17, 1998 in Fulton County, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff is the owner of certain property located in the City of Gloversville, Fulton County, which he operated as a bowling alley from 1983 to 1989, at which time he sold the premises to a third party.
