Child appeals an order finding him within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute possession of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992(4)(a). He assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. We review de novo, ORS 419A.200(5), and reverse.
