¶ 1. Denis Collins appeals an order which dismissed his petitions seeking relief related to his having been denied tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Collins sought a writ of mandamus to compel the University to provide him with a formal notice of his right to seek judicial review of the tenure denial. He also sought judicial review of the denial itself under ch. 227, Stats., or by way of a writ of certiorari.
