{¶ 1} This case is before the court on the appeal of appellant, Sandra Meeks Speller, from the September 16, 2016 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment to appellees, Toledo Public Schools District Board of Education ("Board") and three Board administrative employees.
