MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The plaintiff, Richard Bridges (“Bridges” or the “plaintiff’), commenced this action pursuant to the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of a final administrative determination of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”) denying his application for social security disability insurance benefits.
