Appellant appeals his convictions for aggravated sexual assault, indecency with a child by contact, and indecency with a child by exposure. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 22.021, 21.11(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 1994 & Supp.1999). A jury found appellant guilty, and the trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by a prior felony conviction, at thirty-eight years’ imprisonment for aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child by contact, and twenty years’ imprisonment for indecency with a child by exposure. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 12.42 (West 1994 & Supp. 1999).…
