MEMORANDUM OPINION1

BOB McCOY, Justice.

I. Introduction

A jury convicted Appellant Jay Preston Connell of three counts of indecency with a child by contact and one count of indecency with a child by exposure. The jury acquitted Connell on one count of indecency with a child by contact. The jury sentenced Connell to two years’ confinement on each of the indecency with a child by contact counts and ten years’ community supervision on the indecency with a child by exposure count.
