S. W. Farber, Inc., the plaintiff, sued Texas Instruments, Inc., the defendant, for infringement of U. S. Letters Patent No. 2,926,230 which was issued to plaintiff as assignee of Hoyt K. Foster, the patent applicant. The subject matter of the patent is a detachable temperature regulating connector for an electrically heated device such as a cooking utensil.
