Richard John Ratcliffe Keeling and certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London appeal a judgment of the Southern District of New York, Keenan, J., remanding to the New York Supreme Court, New York County, this action by The Travelers Insurance Company, Travelers Indemnity Company, and The Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company (collectively “Travelers”) seeking damages, declaratory judgment, and attorney’s fees from the Underwriters.
