In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendant Central Westchester Neuromuscular Care, EC., appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Bellantoni, J.), entered March 14, 2007, as denied that branch of its motion pursuant to CFLR 3211 (a) (5) which was to dismiss the third cause of action as time-barred.
