—In a medical malpractice action, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Doyle, J.), dated February 9, 1999, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint as barred by the Statute of Limitations.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The complaint dated January 29, 1998, alleged that the plaintiff sustained personal injuries when, “by reason of the carelessness, negligence and unskillfulness” of the defendant doctor, the plaintiff, after being treated by the defendant, was placed “in the care of a totally unskilled person” who left…
