This matter came before the Court for hearing on the plaintiff s Motion for an Order Compelling Production of a Document by a Third-party Deponent (namely, the Archdiocese of Boston).

The case arises out of allegations that the deceased, Rev. William H. Morgan, sexually molested his cousins approximately 35 years ago. Father Morgan was referred by Bishop Alfred Hughes to Kathy M.
