SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order denying the petition for a writ of habeas corpus to release Gust Jouras, a resident alien, from confinement under an order of deportation upon the charge that he had been found receiving, sharing, and deriving benefit from the earnings of a prostitute or prostitutes.
