This is an appeal by the defendant, Paul Schrack, from a sentence of seven years’ imprisonment in the State Penitentiary, imposed by the district court of Oklahoma county, pursuant to the verdict of a jury finding defendant guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

The sole question presented for determination in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence of a purported confession given by the defendant while he was in the custody of police officers of Oklahoma City, subsequent to his arrest upon a warrant issued in connection with the filing of a criminal…
