The above captioned action, which was filed on December 20, 1999, arises out of the plaintiffs effort to purchase condominium Unit 7S (Unit 7S), situated at 34V2 Beacon Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The complaint asserts claims arising out of defendants’ alleged promise to sell the unit to the plaintiff for: (1) breach of contract; (2) breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; (3) promissory estoppel; (4) fraud; and (5) intentional interference with advantageous relations.
