CROCKETT, Justice:
Plaintiff, alleging a partnership with defendant, sued to recover half of $10,000 paid by the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency as compensation for the disruption of their tavern business known as The Havana Club at the corner of Second South and West Temple Streets. 1 The district court made findings and entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff.
