OPINION AND ORDER
THOMAS C. GIBBONS, Bankruptcy Judge:
This proceeding is before the court on a motion requesting summary judgment filed by the Defendant, Redex, Inc. (hereinafter “Redex”). For the reasons provided herein, we grant Redex’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
On or about April 22, 1988, the debtor, High Sierra Transport, Inc. (hereinafter “Debtor”) filed a complaint for turnover of property against Redex. The complaint alleges, inter alia, that Redex has in its possession property of the estate totalling approximately $395,000 in accounts receivable and “bank account deposits.” Redex…
