Plaintiff Coleman Vital, pro se, appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Frederic Block, Judge), dismissing in toto his action for employment discrimination brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
