Affirming.
There are more tlian 500 election precincts in Jefferson County. Voting machines are now in use in only a few precincts, but the Fiscal Court has provided for the installation of 275 additional machines and this necessitates a change of boundaries of practically all the election precincts of the County by the County Court. In KRS 116.180 it is provided that no precinct shall contain more than 350 voters. This statute applies where voting machines are not used.
