WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
Appellants, a group of African American employees and former employees (plaintiffs), appeal from the district court’s 1 dismissal of their race discrimination ease against their employer, AG. Edwards & Sons, Inc. (defendant), with prejudice and from the denial of their motion for class certification. We affirm the dismissal and therefore do not reach the class certification issue.
