*558 This case presents cross petitions-one for review and one for enforcement-regarding an order of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or the Board). At issue is the level of discipline warranted for a safety violation. Steven Wayne Rottinghouse, Jr., a truck driver employed by Petitioner Airgas USA, was issued a written warning for failing to properly secure his cargo.
