OPINION

WALLS, District Judge.

Defendants Devco Corp. (“Devco”) and William E. Durnan, Jr., bring this Motion for Summary Judgment. The Motion is granted.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Bijur Lubricating Corp. (“Bijur”) filed its Complaint in October 2000, alleging trademark infringement, unfair competition, dilution, and unjust enrichment against Defendants. 1 Bijur designs, manufactures, and sells lubricating systems and replacement parts for those systems.
