I. Introduction

This case involves a class action lawsuit brought by marketing representatives employed by Defendant Affinity Health Plan, Inc. in the South Region for violations of federal and state labor law. Plaintiffs allege they have not been properly compensated for overtime hours worked for Defendant. Plaintiffs and Defendant reached a settlement approved by the Court on May 8, 2012, 859 F.Supp.2d 611 (S.D.N.Y. 2012).
