OPINION AND ORDER

HOLMES, District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination case. Edna Seals, an African-American female, brought claims against her former employer, Correctional Medical Services, Inc., alleging age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1964 (29 U.S.C. § 631 et seq.), race discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts (42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.), and intentional infliction of emotional distress under Arkansas law.
