Before the Court is the “Motion of Defendant Jeffrey Forgosh, DMD to Dismiss Adversary Complaint” (the “Motion to Dismiss”) as well as defendants Martin Levy and Creative Dental Associates of Berlin, P.C.’s “Motion for Joinder.” Through their motions, co-defendants Jeffrey S.
