Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County, rendered October 14, 1976, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree, two counts, and robbery in the first degree. On April 18, 1975 defendant was arrested for operating an unregistered vehicle, driving a motor vehicle without an operator’s license, and operating that vehicle without the requisite proof of financial security.
