Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Dominic R. Massaro, J.), rendered September 10, 2007, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and also convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent *593terms of 15 years and 8 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
