OPINION AND ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM

Introduction

Carol Wu, the Chapter 7 Trustee, has objected to a claim in the amount of $2,335,283.99 that EOP-Peninsula Office Park, the debtor’s former landlord, filed against the estate of Connectix Corporation. The Trustee asserts that the correct application of § 502(b)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code limits EOP’s recovery to $446,246.99.
