Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Montgomery County (Aison, J.), rendered November 9, 1990, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal sale of a con*789trolled substance in the third degree, and (2) from a judgment of said court, rendered November 9, 1990, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
