This is an appeal from the district court’s affirmance of an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, dated July 31, 1980, confirming the amended plan of arrangement proposed by Perimeter Park Investment Associates, Ltd., (hereinafter the “Debtor” or “Perimeter”), pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of the Bankruptcy Act of 1892, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 801 et seq.
