MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

JULIUS J. HOFFMAN, Senior District Judge.

This is an action by the debtor Spicewood Associates, an Illinois limited partnership, to effect a real property arrangement pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 801, et seq. The petition for a real property arrangement was filed on August 23, 1977, and on October 31, 1977, the debtor filed its proposed plan of arrangement.
