The county court at law dismissed with prejudice the appeal filed by appellant, Shea Palavan, from an agreed -judgment that Palavan had entered into with appel-lees, Brian McCulley, TBW Development, LLC, and Boulevard Realty, LLC, in a justice of the peace court. The county court likewise denied Palavan’s application for writ of certiorari based on the same agreed judgment.
