The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, National Fire Insurance of Hartford, finding it had no duty to defend the defendants, Walsh Construction Company and The Chicago Historical Society (the CHS), in an underlying construction negligence suit filed by an employee of a subcontractor.
