DIETRICH, Circuit Judge.

On December 3, 1926, the appellee, who had been engaged in the retail shoe business at Portland, Or., was adjudged a bankrupt. After a hearing in which she participated and whieh was in all respects regular, the referee on July 22,1927, entered an order requiring her to pay over to the trustee $5,377.37. The order was predicated upon findings of fact to the effect that during the year 1926 appellee had received in cash from the sale of merchandise that amount of money over and exclusive of all disbursements, that a large part thereof was drawn out of the business…
