This appeal is on questions of law and fact. The suit is one in equity to require the defendants, members of a bondholders’ committee and its depositary, to account for their stewardship, to turn over to an officer of the court the records of their proceedings and all of the bonds and coupons that have been deposited with them, and to account for their collections. The plaintiffs, who, represent a small minority of the owners of the bonds deposited with the committee, bring this as a class suit “on behalf of themselves and on behalf of all other holders of certificates of deposit” of bonds…
