MARIS, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiff, Packard Englewood Motors, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, brought this suit against the defendant, Packard .Motor Car Company, Inc., a Michigan corporation, to recover for loss of profits sustained as a result of the defendant’s alleged breach of contract. The suit was originally brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey and subsequently removed to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. A jury trial was waived and, after a trial by the court, judgment was entered in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff. 116 P.Supp.…
