Defendant challenges a judgment entered upon a jury verdict rendered at the Atlantic Circuit in favor of plaintiff in this action upon a promissory note in the sum of $248,226, made by Clarence H. Taübel to plaintiff’s order, and endorsed by defendant, his father, bearing date December 28th, 1931, and payable three months thereafter.
