delivered the Opinion of the Court:

This case comes by way of appeal from the December, 1943, term of General Sessions Court for Greenville County where the defendant, Maggie Phillips Center, was indicted upon two counts as follows :

First: That Maggie Phillips Center on the 17th day of October, 1943, in the County of Greenville and State of South Carolina, did willfully and unlawfully store and keep in her possession 59 pints alcoholic liquors not for her own personal use, or her immediate family or for religious purposes which did have South Carolina revenue stamps…
