Appellants filed an amended complaint in two paragraphs against appellees. The first paragraph alleges in substance, among other things, that appellants and appellee Mary M. Bielefeld are the children of Anton Kepert, deceased, and that appellee Franciska Kepert is his. widow; that said decedent departed this life in the city of Hammond, Indiana, in April, 1890, the owner of certain real and personal property therein; that he made disposition thereof by his’ will, which was duly admitted to probate in the Lake Circuit Court, and is still in force; that said will disposes of the…
