This is a suit instituted by 0.,, J. Peters, J. C. Nixon, T. A. Rieber, and V. S. Cardwell against the city of San Antonio, Clinton G. Brown, Robert F. Uhr, Ray Lambert, James Garland, and Clinton H. Kearney, the mayor and commissioners of the city of San Antonio, to restrain appel-lees from enforcing or attempting to enforce the provisions of a certain ordinance passed by Mayor Clinton G.
