This is an appeal from a temporary injunction ¡restrairiinjgthe icity of San Antonio and its officials frran enforcing an ordinance which seeks to regulate the conduct, in San Antonio, of the business of operating motor busses, now generally known as “jitneys,” as common carriers for hire, and denying to appellees and others engaged in that business the use of certain streets of the city for that purpose.
