MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On August 10, 2010, Plaintiff Gail Anderson (“Anderson”) filed a two-count Complaint against her former employer Jewel Food Stores, Inc. (“Jewel”) alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. Before the Court is Jewel’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(b).
