Petitioner-appellant Robert R. Greenfield (Robert) challenges the trial court's jurisdiction to reinstate his action for dissolution of marriage after he and his wife, Nancy L. Greenfield (Naney), filed a stipulation of dismissal. Robert also appeals the trial court's order requiring him to pay his wife's attorney's fees and court-appointed accounting firm's fees, and the order requiring him to pay the accounting firm's attorney's fees.
