OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge

Appellant, MDM Investments (MDM), appeals the trial court's order denying its motion to reopen condemnation proceedings initiated by appellee, the City of Car-mel (City). In particular, MDM contends that the City was statutorily required to amend the condemnation complaint during the condemnation proceedings for a right-of-way to name MDM as an owner, once it learned of MDM's status as a subsequent purchaser.
