STAHL, Circuit Judge.
A jury convicted defendant-appellant Justin Green of participating in an oxycodone distribution conspiracy, and he received a sentence of 210 months. On appeal, he raises several challenges to his conviction and sentence, the most important of which is that the district court erred in refusing to suppress evidence that Drag Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents obtained from Green’s cellular telephone, without a warrant, two weeks after they seized the phone.
